Level Crossings

THE ASSIGNMENT
Construction management for Banedanmark’s level crossing group, covering renewal and modification of level crossings across the network. The work is carried out on a live, operational railway, where every intervention has to be planned around traffic, possessions and the safety of both road and rail users.

VALUE DELIVERED
Banedanmark gets a construction manager who knows both the signalling installation and the internal processes. Work on site is planned, supervised and documented to the standard required for entry into service, without the project having to explain its own organisation first.

MY ROLE
Construction manager and site supervisor for level crossing projects. Responsible for planning and supervising execution on site, coordination between contractors and disciplines, and the technical documentation required before entry into service.
