Snoghøj Station

THE ASSIGNMENT
Final commissioning of the signalling installation at Snoghøj Station, stage 3, with the replacement and entry into service of turnout 02. The project concluded the track renewal programme for which KWJ Consulting also delivered the signalling design in 2024. Commissioning took place on 3–4 August 2025.

VALUE DELIVERED
The final commissioning was carried out on schedule and without complications, enabling a controlled and safe transition to normal operation — a clean closure to a multi-stage project.

MY ROLE
Signalling commissioning manager, consultant under Banedanmark’s management. Responsible for pre-commissioning preparations, execution of the cutover, testing and entry into service of turnout 02, and preparation of the post-commissioning report.
