Signalling Programme (ERTMS)

THE ASSIGNMENT
Roll-out of the ERTMS signalling system across Banedanmark’s national rail network — one of Denmark’s largest and most complex rail projects. KWJ Consulting was engaged as expert resource for design and quality assurance of technical drawings for the COS (Control Object System) and level crossings (ROL 8 and ROL 10).

VALUE DELIVERED
KWJ Consulting contributed to ensuring technical correctness and high quality in the design package that forms the basis for physical installation and commissioning at hundreds of sites across the country.

MY ROLE
Technical expert and assistant project manager for the Rambøll/Systra joint venture. Responsible for engineering and quality assurance of technical drawings, and planning of design and execution.
