KWJ-Consulting was founded in 2023 by Kasper Wedel Jensen. The company specializes in signalling and interlocking solutions for the railway sector, providing consultancy to infrastructure owners, contractors, engineers, and advisors.

 

With more than 21 years of experience in railway and light rail signalling and power supply projects, Kasper brings deep expertise across the full project lifecycle—from design, project and discipline management, and quality assurance to commissioning, troubleshooting, and interlocking planning.

 

Kasper has been involved in large-scale projects such as the Future S-train project, Aarhus Light Rail, the national Signalling Programme, and the Ringsted–Korsør track renewal. He works closely with railway owners, operators, and authorities such as Lokaltog and Banedanmark to ensure safe and reliable solutions.

Technical expertise

Our technical expertise spans Banedanmark’s legacy signalling systems, the national Signalling Programme, the Electrification Programme, and DSB’s Future S-train. We also have extensive experience with local train systems operated by Lokaltog A/S as well as light rail and metro projects.
