Assisting Technical System Manager (TSA)

THE ASSIGNMENT
Ongoing support to Lokaltog’s Technical System Manager (TSA) for signalling and interlocking installations. The role covers technical advisory, documentation, and assessment of solutions in connection with modifications and projects across Lokaltog’s lines.

VALUE DELIVERED
KWJ Consulting acts as a fixed, competent technical reference point for Lokaltog, ensuring that modifications and new initiatives comply with applicable rules, national standards and the European TSI requirements — and that coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders is correctly carried out and properly documented.

MY ROLE
Consultant seconded to Lokaltog as Assisting TSA. Responsible for technical advisory, documentation and solution assessment. Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and TSI requirements, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and providing technical quality assurance for modifications.
