THE ASSIGNMENT
Track renewal project including replacement of turnouts 02, 03, 01a and 01b together with their point machines. The project required complete signalling design for both main and intermediate stages (NFSP0530 + NFBR0464) to maintain rail traffic during execution.

VALUE DELIVERED
KWJ Consulting delivered a complete design package, providing Banedanmark and the contractor with a clear and safe basis for execution, testing and commissioning — without delays in the critical cutover phases.

MY ROLE
Responsible for all signalling design: QA of the requirements specification, design drawings, risk assessment documents and drawings, temporary installation design, testing and commissioning documentation, cable route design and tender documents. Direct interface with Sweco and Banedanmark, and quality assurance of all delivered material. The engagement ran 3 June 2024 – 31 May 2025.
